Kanak Deka
Founder
Born in Assam, Kanak has a great interest in the Northeast's magical food culture and the aromatic flavours of its spices. After her Graduation from Guwahati University in Science stream and a Post Graduate diploma in Business Management from IMT, Ghaziabad Kanak worked in Corporate sectors for more than 10 years. This took her to various locations across the country and made her more passionate about introducing Northeast food culture to the rest of the World. The idea of Y not food Products came into existence.

Founder
Bishnu Deka is a well-known Entrepreneur in Assam and he has a vision and interest in growing the food industry and promoting Northeast India's magical products to the entire world.
